Youngstown State's Kendrick Perry has earned the StatSheet Horizon Player of the Week for the week ending January 23rd. Cleveland State's Anton Grady has been recognized as StatSheet Horizon Freshman of the Week. Also, Evan Bruinsma from Detroit is the StatSheet Horizon 6th Man of the Week. Perry put up 4.5 rebounds per game, 50% shooting, and 12 points per game. The Youngstown State sophomore put these numbers up in victories versus Milwaukee and Green Bay.

Perry posted 6 rebounds and 4 assists in 30 minutes in a close 68-66 win over Milwaukee. He followed that up with 15 points and 6 assists in a huge 77-47 win against Green Bay.

This is the first time that Kendrick Perry has been named the StatSheet Horizon Player of the Week. The runner-up this week is senior Ashen Ward from Youngstown State. Honorable mention goes to Cleveland State junior Tim Kamczyc. The highest ranking player from Butler was Ronald Nored who finished fifth.

StatSheet Horizon Freshman of the Week: Cleveland State's Anton Grady

Evan Bruinsma, a sophomore and a 6-8 forward, played 14 minutes during a lone game for the Titans. In a 69-53 win against Wright State, Bruinsma got 10 points and 2 blocked shots.
